Project Goals & Vision
Havenly was scaling from a solo freelance practice into a small studio, but their site still looked and read like a portfolio, not an agency. They needed a presence serious enough to attract retainer clients and bigger scopes of work, not just occasional one-off project enquiries from smaller businesses. We repositioned the entire site around studio-level credibility and long-term partnership potential.
Key Results & Achievements
The relaunch positioned Havenly clearly as an agency rather than a freelancer, opening doors to larger client conversations and retainer-based work that simply weren't landing before the redesign went live.
$2M+ in new client enquiries
Studio-level case study format built
Team and process pages added
Refined, more confident visual identity
New retainer-focused services pagem
Project Overview & Development
We restructured the site around Havenly's new studio-level positioning, adding a dedicated process page, team bios, and a case study format built to showcase range and depth rather than isolated individual projects alone.
